What started as a pet care service naturally developed into a wider range of home support, as clients began asking for help with cleaning and general household tasks.

The name “Nana & Ninky” comes from a very personal place within our family.
It was created by our grandson, who affectionately calls us Nana and Ninky. As toddlers often do, he developed his own playful version - “Stinky Ninky”, and the name stuck.
While the name has a light-hearted origin, it represents something very meaningful to us: family, connection, and care.
We feel it reflects the friendly and approachable nature of our service, while the work we provide remains professional, reliable, and built on trust.
We are fully insured and DBS checked, giving clients confidence when inviting us into their home.
